Do you ship internationally?
No. The vehicle can be lifted on a hoist for a short-term service work such as tire rotation or oil changes. However, if the vehicle will be on the hoist for a prolonged period of time, support the axle with jack stands in order to take the tension off the air springs.
In layman’s terms: incredibly reliable! Like any vehicle modification, air suspension is highly dependent on the quality of the installation. As long as you do not cut any corners, an air ride setup will last as long as any other aftermarket suspension. Our Air Lift Dominator bags themselves will outlive the life of the vehicle. If you are not going to be the one installing your air ride system make sure to take it into a qualified individual. Note: our kits were designed for an easy install process so that the average car enthusiast can do it.
Air ride does not require a lot of maintenance. We recommend every couple of months just draining your tank to decrease the amount of moisture running through the airlines and to prevent valves from rusting. If you have installed water traps, a good habit would be to empty the water while filling up at the gas station or once a month.
We have designed our kits to be 100% bolt-on. Some vehicles may require a little trimming or drilling holes, but no welding.
Deluxe and Elite kits come with all of the same quality parts and they are both electrical based. The difference lies in the control system. Deluxe kits control front up and down and rear up and down. Our Elite system gives you more control functions allowing you to lift each corner independently for 4-Corner Control (4CC). Neither kit is better or worse than the other, it is all based on personal preference.

We recommend draining your tank every one to two months to extinguish any water or debris that may have collected inside. First be sure to exhaust all of the air from your system. Once you have done so, remove the tank from your vehicle or place a pan or bowl under the tank to catch anything that may drain out. Unscrew the supplied petcock from the bottom of the tank and let it empty. Once finished, put the petcock back in and fill your ride back up with air.

An even EZier (and probably more fun) way to drain your tank would be to install one of our EZ Flush kits. With these kits, you can drain your tank from the comfort of your own front seat.

Our kits were designed for the everyday car enthusiast so it really shouldn’t cost you more than some elbow grease. Although, if you do not feel comfortable installing the kit yourself, rates can very from shop to shop. Also consider the type of kit and components that need to be installed. Some kits may require more labor than others.
FBSS is a term borrowed from the automotive hydraulics world. It stands for Front, Back, Side-to-Side. FBSS controllers give you the ability to control all four corners of your vehicle independently. While EZ Air Ride offers this sort of control in our Elite Air Ride Kits, we prefer to call it 4-Corner Control or 4CC.
Wrapping Teflon tape is a very easy process. Simply wrap the tape around the thread several times, in a clockwise direction, keeping tension working away from the pipes. When you have finished smooth out any loose ends into the threads.
Don’t worry! Leaks are very normal, especially with a new installation! That doesn’t mean that you should ignore a leak though, since they are very easy to track down. Grab any squirt bottle and fill it with a bit of soap and water, then begin spraying down any connection in your system. Even the slowest leak will cause bubbles to form. If the leak is audible and coming from a push-to-connect fitting, be sure the air line is pressed firmly into the fitting.

Short answer: no! While the compressor may not immediately break, it is far from ideal to run a compressor with the engine off. When the engine is off, all electrical components in the vehicle draw straight from the battery. A running compressor will quickly drain the vehicle’s battery if the alternator is not generating electricity. Compressors, like most electronics, prefer to operate within a certain range of voltage. When a compressor receives insufficient voltage, amperage draw will be increased; this results in the compressor running hotter (decreasing lifespan), and of course, additional draw on your already lean battery.

Yes, you should always maintain the recommended minimum air pressure of 5 PSI, even if your vehicle isn’t loaded. This keeps the air springs “in shape” and able to perform without rubbing or wearing.
